TEDS Management Ltd is a leading provider of workplace nurseries in the United Kingdom. The TEDS Scheme has been operating since 1996, allowing parents tax and NI free nursery fees. Currently we have clients who operate one or multi-site locations across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

With effect from the 6th April, 2005, we will be issuing childcare vouchers, in line with Governement legislation, introduced in the Finance Act 2004. The childcare voucher will extend the tax and NI free to registered childminders and registered childcare within a home.
